So I am 13 10 this morning. I was 13 5 before Christmas. I have signed up to walk the equivalent of Lands end to John O Groats in a year. Doesn't start until 1st January. We are currently in another Lockdown because of Corona virus. I am going back to pro points. 36 a day plus 49 a week. 

I have actually over indulged again today. I seen 14.0 on the scales tonight! Not good. So ibam going to have low points for a couple of days before 2021 officially begins.  If I can get the scales to13 7
