day 6 feeling unmotivated
The only thing stopping me from binging is the fact I have given up chocolate for lent . Had a couple of mouthfuls of nuts while making dinner

We went a new walk today. It linked gormartimes and haddo. Carried R for 3 and a half miles in carrier we got back quite late so just got a fish supper. I was starving so had fruit while waiting. Caved and had a donut with decaf coffee st 10

Managed to walk 7 miles today. Husband was off work . He had a lie in and I got downstairs all cleaned for the weekend. Quorn nuggets for lunch followed by a scone with jam. Wentca 2 mile walk round the park. When we came home I walked 2 miles to morrisons while R napped. After dinner walked 3 miles while ob phone to friend.

I am on a very slippery slopes just now. It all stems from binging in the evening. I was 13 13 this morning . I honestly thought I would have solidified that 14 stone as I binged last night on what I could. Which was a scome, packet if marshmallows and some party rings. I have been hitting 14 stone a lot over the last month. I will not see 14 stone again. Thsts my promise to myself. My first aim is to get into the 12s in twelve weeks. Thst is do doable if I stop binging. I am going back to pro points too.

I did a week of keto last week. Not really feeling it. Lost 1 lb . Back with a nice bacon bagel onto pro points.
