So I am aiming to be halfway through lejog by the end of today. I am 5lbs heavier than I was when I started though which isn't good. It is time to get a grip. I am following ww pro points. I am not going to put too much thought into it and just do it with my walking. 37pp a day. Been at the park this morning already with As friends. R had a good roam about too.
Had a bowl of cheerios for breakfast 3pp A large wrap woth 6 quorn nuggets mayo and sweet chilli. 15pp. Had mango and watermelon. Had homemade quorn lasagne with a handful of oven chips amd coleslaw. I counted it as 17pp which was probably a bit low.
Ended up eating two ice cream cones 12pp while watching corrie. Didnday 1 in RWL summer challenge which started today. Just did it on the conservatory. Walked over 5 miles today.
These pictures are from January February. However I am round about the same weight , slightly more.
